In the years we spent in the United States we helped bring wooden houses into the mainstream and promoted the many advantages of this style of construction and way of life.

The concept of "Barn / House" came about when we were staying in one made by the "Amish" * in Wisconsin where we enjoyed the warmth of the wood and the comfort of the generous proportions.

Bathed in light, a space like this offers a modern feeling without losing the integrity of a barn and gives you a free hand with converting the interior and choosing materials that will give character to this Barn / House (new and old materials, recovered from structural elements of former barns).
